I don’t have a Paypal account. Can I still buy?
Only Paypal is accepted at our webshop. Signing up for a Paypal account is absolutely free and very quick. Google checkout is also accepted; please note that you have to email us your order and we will invoice you in GBP (£) instead of USD.
Is Paypal checkout secure?
Yes. During checkout, you will be redirected to a secure checkout site, provided by Paypal. There you can log in securely to pay. Your credit card / bank details will not given to us.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For UK, we use first class post which should arrive within 2 days, and for worldwide, we use Airmail which should arrive within 5 days. If you add insurance to your cart, your order will be shipped via Rceorded Delivery First Class (for UK) or Airsure (for worldwide) ~ with insurance, your order might arrive even quicker as there is priority handling.
What are your jewellery items made of?
We use resin clay, super lightweight clay and silicon to make our jewellery. Decorations are made of plastic, pearls, wood etc. Our ring bases are made of low nickel material that fully conforms to EU regulations, and the necklace chains and earring hooks are silver plated.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return an item, please contact us and post the item in its original and unused condition back to us, within 7 days. We will not bear the shipping costs incurred and we recommend an insured / trackable method of shipping. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a full refund of the item price.
If we have sent you an incorrect item by mistake, please return the item back to us, and we will be happy to either replace or refund you. We will bear all shipping costs incurred.
Please note that earrings cannnot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged / lost parcels
All Strawberry Doll jewellery items are shipped in cardboard to prevent damage during transit, and we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
If you have purchased shipping insurance, we will file a claim for you, in the case of damaged or lost packages. If you have not purchased shipping insurance, we will still file a claim as we always obtain proof of postage, but we cannot guarantee that you will be compensated, and thus, we recommend you choosing the tracked and insured shipping option.
